Line cooks, tandoor, chaat counter and prep. Experience with Indian cooking helps, but we will train the right person.
Counter service, taking orders and looking after the room. Evenings and weekends are the busy shifts.
Making up mithai boxes, especially around Eid and Diwali when the counter does not stop.
